Our dear friends,

Based on our experience, professionalism and our passion for sushi, we have decided to make a new beginning by implementing our idea with a lot of love and care.

Having worked for 26 years in positions of responsibility, in five-star hotel kitchens, having taught fine cooking for six consecutive years in a private tourism school and making sushi for more than 20 years, we have created the first sushi workshop in Rethymnon that deals only with it. We felt that there was a need to cover a gap in the local market as far as providing this service in short term rental villas.

Order Information

Your order is delivered the time you have set, at the villa you are staying, safely packaged in specially for sushi certified boxes and is served in eco-friendly tableware, to cover your needs from an everyday meal or a romantic dinner, to more formal events such as weddings, anniversaries, marriage proposals, birthdays, bachelor parties, reunion parties etc.

Sushi Lessons

We also offer, if you wish us to, cooking lessons and make sushi together which is an experience that both adults and children will love.

During these lessons you have the opportunity to spend some quality time together in a unique way during holidays, and at the same time create an unforgettable memory that everyone will cherish.

*Creating sushi together (cooking lesson): 80-100€ per hour,depending on the number of people participating and how far from Rethymnon you are staying. (the price does not include V.A.T).

Quality & Menu

All the ingredients we use are of premium quality and your sushi is prepared with both professionalism and love in our brand-new workshop. You can choose from a wide variety of colourful and ambrosial sushi in classic but mostly modern versions. It is created with ingredients such as salmon, shrimps, eel, crab, caviar of different colours and flavours, fresh vegetables and tropical fruits, with its accompaniments (wasabi, ginger and sauces).

How to order

To place your order, please fill in the form below or contact us (ideally 24-48 hours in advance) to discuss your taste preferences but also to inform us about any restrictions such as allergies.

Languages of communication: Greek and English.

Minimum order: 100 Euro

For villas located farther than 25Km there is an extra 25 Euro charge.

* Setting the buffet with our equipment 50-100€ depending on the number of people. (the price does not include V.A.T).

* Live cooking by the sushi-chef at your event (birthday,bachelor,wedding etc.)50€ per hour. (the price does not include V.A.T).
